Harvey was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a look around the store at the different headboards, which found one I liked. The member of staff called Harvey, was very helpful and was surprised how quick the delivery was going to be!

The assistant, Leanne, was highly knowledgeable. She listened to everything we needed and advised. She didn't push items, just facts. She made useful suggestions, was polite and professional and easy to talk too.

I had a great experience at Dreams Burton. Store colleague Charlotte provided excellent customer service and she had a great product knowledge. I was offered a drink on arrival and during the process, I accepted a bottle of water which was great. The whole process from order, delivery and assembly was seamless, the delivery drivers kept me updated on their arrival times which was a nice touch.

Karl at Burton store was amazing help, very knowledgeable and understanding of what I needed. He listened and took the time to help me make a good decision. I was able to try lots of styles of mattresses and chose the bedframe that I wanted and he made going through payments and delivery etc really easy, I even got a cuppa tea! :)

Within minutes on entering the store I was asked if I required help. Leanne was efficient and very knowledgeable. I used the sleep machine to assess what type of mattress I required and then was shown a variety of options. I was asked what price bracket I preferred. On showing me the various options I was given to time to compare the mattresses and make a decision. At no time was I pressed into making a choice. My requirements for delivery was understood and accepted. The experience and ease of purchase was excellent.
