I came to the store and found a bunk bed which we liked. The assistant was speaking to another customer at the time and I was highly impressed in his mannerism and how friendly he was. He was very knowledgable in explaining mattresses to the customer which impressed me. When he became free I approached the assistant and showed him the item I wanted. The assistant then showed me a mattress which met all the criteria I was after, so I purchased the items. The transaction went through so quickly and I was highly impressed. I would highly recommend to all members of public to attend dreams as you will by very happy with your purchase. A big thumbs up to the assistant he was brilliant in all aspects a very good asset to have on your team at Dreams. I was even offered a hot or cold drink which was a great gesture.

A lovely young man looked after me , he was very well mannerd and kind, l felt quite at ease , he asked me if I would like be asscest for my needs after I told him I had both hip replacements, I lay on the bed which had a screen you cold see yourself lying on the bed. It gave him all the information to help me choose the right mattress for my needs, my daughter was with me.

Friendly , knowledgeable staff, helped me find what I was looking for and placed the order of a timely manner.

When we arrived at the store we were made most welcome by a representative called James. He was extremely helpful, very friendly and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. As a company you are very lucky to have him.

We were looked after by Harvey the whole way through, and he couldn't have been more profesinal or caring.

all the colleagues were very helpful on our arrival. We have returned to purchase a 2nd bed after great service from Harvey a couple of weeks ago. They listened to what we needed and gave us advice.
