I was not happy this time. I am disabled and asked for a cart and was told they didn't get brought back. No effort was made to get one or have someone look for one. Then, I was assigned a room that was already occupied. As I stated, I am disabled and had dragged my bags to the elevator, I off the elevator and down the hall, only to find that the room I was given was someone else's. The desk clerk brought up keys to another room and made sure it was vacant but this was not a positive experience for me.
