Great customer service!! Food was hot and delicious!!

Zaxby's was great! Saw Mike Pho. He's awesome. He does it for the kids. Unfortunately, he's not working at the community centre anymore but, he's found other work and still ballin'! Always great to see Mike! It was the first time he's met Jack, too! Please, don't forget that Mike does it for the kids

First time eating at Zaxby's. I was very impressed. Chick-fil-A quality, with more variety! Also, overall restaurant appearance was much more appealing then any other fast food restaurant.

Cajun club rocks

we love Zaxby's overall. the fries were cold when we got them. the menu was not user friendly to me. it was small and difficult to read.

Good food but really expensive for three nuggets

Good food, don't really like the coke machine because kids take forever deciding what they want and no supervision

We love the blackened Blue Salad, but the side of onion rings were not worth the almost $2 price. The onion rings were only batter and were very skinny, and we got only maybe 7 rings in the side order. The only time we go to Zaxbys is when we crave this salad and you have to use the drive thru. Otherwise if you go inside it takes on average 30 minutes to get your food after ordering from at least 3 different experiences at various locations.

Average, good lunch, nothing that stands out

I made an order online and it told me it did not go through. So when I got there I made a new order and paid for it. Come to find out they charged me twice! And refused o fix the mistake
