great. overpriced though

Great tasting fried or grilled chicken. The salads are amazing! Clean restaurant and polite employees. Thank you Zaxby's.

The food was prepared in an adequate time but was a little more expensive than I anticipated. The large fries were a smaller portion than I thought they should be but the onion rings were a larger portion than I expected. The fingers seemed a good bit smaller than usual and smaller than other competing fast food restaurants.

Management was having problem with customer and instead of taking other people's orders on another register made us wait and watch the whole ordeal. Manager was rude to other employees after incident.

Slow service, restaurant was dirty

Long drive thru lines. Good tasting food. A little pricey compared to other fast food.

I ordered in the drive thru and waited 12-15 minutes with the same car in front just sitting there. I was co fused as to why they didn't park this person. All I ordered was a drink. I didn't want to get my baby out of the car or I would've went inside. Staff never apologized for wait or even made eye contact. She could of at least asked how I was doing!

It is really expensive but it's good
