The lady at the drive thru was awesome! Friendliest one!

Short wait to ordered. Store not that busy. Ordered and waited 20 min to eat in. Had to inquire as to where was my food. They apologized and I waited longer. Ended up taking the food home. Food was great though.

Good quick stop for take-home dinner. Nice clerk. Clean store terror Y

Last time we visited, we waited a long time for a to-go order only to get home and the order was wrong. I called the manager and he told me to write his name on my receipt and the next time I came I could get a replacement order for free. Well today I went back with my receipt and it could not have been easier. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and fast. I'm happy and pleased with the Hillsborough store in Durham, NC for making this right. Thank you Kevin!

Love Zaxby's and this location did not disappoint!

Tongue Torch wings were very good. Chicken Tenders were only ok. They were barely hot. Ok but you could tell they had been sitting for a while. There were six people in our party and started to take the fries back about three different times. I would eat one or two and say ugh! But then try to convince myself that they were not that bad.

Zondra was like a breath of fresh air! She was very polite and very attentive to the customers! She's a GREAT employee and you need more like her!
