I am glad you sent this survey . Because I plan to take the survey they provide on the recpt. Now let me share my experience . I went around 1040pm now I understand you are 20 mins from closing but that doesn't mean my food should be cold or that I don't recurve the same quality of service difference had I came in the early afternoon. My point is ... The food was COLD . Major problem . Two I order a Large Buf Wings and things and I ended up w a regular size . I told the lady in the window this was not a large. She stated ... Oh you are only missing toast. No my head no ma'am I am missing 2 additional Buf fingers and fries but at this point she is handing me a slice of toast through the window. I understand you are easy to get off but I still deserve the same amount of service you provided to someone when your shift started. Do better Zaxbys . That experience suck ! And I rarely ever feel that way!
