The restaurant was experiencing some trouble with their computer making the service slower then normal which was okay with me. However the staff were not very good at conveying the issue or making me feel like they were handling the situation correctly. I feel like a manager should have came to the window and explained the problem.

The good was great, and the employees are always nice. My only problem is when I order wings, the ranch is usually in the box with the wings and the sauce gets all over the ranch container, causing a huge mess, especially for those of us who eat on the go.

The food was good but the staff was very rude. I sat and waited for over 5 minutes just for someone to look at me and ask if I needed anything and all I wanted was some seasoning, the manager looked directly at me and when I went to say something he turned away and acted like I wasn't there. I ended up not getting my seasoning and had to go back to eat what was now cold food because of how long I waited. I will not return

The shift leader who took my order was far from friendly. She was too into her conversation with her coworker to even acknowledge that I was waiting for service. Continued her conversation as she took my order. Did not say thank you, or even smile. I will not go back to this location.
