We ordered half-and-half sweet and unsweet tea and received unsweetened tea only. When checking out the girl we dealt with seem to be clueless as to the art of customer service. We had to reiterate our request for condiments and then were only given one and had asked for additional as well as napkins and utensils. Also food was subpar to say the least. Not a good Zaxby's experience at all. Would have turned around and gone back if we had time
