Zaxby's

Soda machine didn't have dr pepper. all the other soda that was offered was very watered down or carbonation was out . Spit Soda all over hands. Not a good taste at all. Great Ice thou. The food took 17 minutes to serve after we ordered . Was such a long wait for the little amount of people dinning in lobby and we only had 2 orders . My daughter loves zaxbys but if I was my choice I would NEVER GO BACK TO ZAXBYS AGAIN. Food was good considering we waited for so long. The cashier girl was not friendly AT ALL she had a broken arm in a sling and seemed very annoyed by helping customers. Like we were putting her out to take ours and all other customer orders. All the other employees were very friendly . The cashiers name was lorin c.. On our reciept. From the Siloam springs restaurant . Very rude , maybe she was just having a bad day? personally, it seems to me she shouldn't be working in customer service.

The food is kind of expensive. So I just grabbed a drink for the road. The staff at the Siloam Springs, Ar store are great!!

It's really expensive.

Clean. Great food. Friendly.

I like Zaxby's. I only wish it more centrally located in our town.

Food is always good. They took a little bit more time to work on my order because they had a bigger order to go before me.
