Zaxby's

Normally, this location of Zaxby's is on point in service and food. This visit however, one of the servers at the drive through was rude. My husband attempted to give him change to with our payment so that he would get back whole dollar amount in change. The server refused to take our change and then gave some stupid excuse about having been scammed by someone before. It was so rude and uncalled for.

Always enjoy zaxbys chicken. The zingers are great. Unfortunately, my fries weren't seasoned and my sweet tea was unsweetened this time. A little disappointed. But it won't stop me from coming.

Cashiers were slow. By the time it was my time to order, the cashier did not have any one dollar bills on here register, had to wait for the cashier to finish passing out previous orders. It was just a frustrating experience.

I had a difficult order and it took several repeats to order successfully

Went to the website and hours said till 11pm. We drove there around 10:15p to find it closed. Was very upset.

Friendly! Just forgot to give me my change...and my drink. So I had to turn around & get it!
