Good food and customer service!!

Ordered food for 2 adults and a child and I felt that $20 was a bit much. Also for the price we paid the strips were fried a little too hard because it was hard for my 1 year old daughter to eat her strips. Other than that service was fast and the servers were very friendly!

I wasn't completely pleased with my service at this location on this visit but usually it's really good service.

Good food

Normally, this location of Zaxby's is on point in service and food. This visit however, one of the servers at the drive through was rude. My husband attempted to give him change to with our payment so that he would get back whole dollar amount in change. The server refused to take our change and then gave some stupid excuse about having been scammed by someone before. It was so rude and uncalled for.

I had a difficult order and it took several repeats to order successfully

Went to the website and hours said till 11pm. We drove there around 10:15p to find it closed. Was very upset.
