honestly this was the BEST zaxbys experience I've ever had!! we were traveling & really wanted zaxbys & we didn't regret one single bite! the chicken was super crispy & tender & they got everything on our order correct!!! ((not use to that via other loc.))

Order was correct but it took quite a while to order and to get the food. Zaxbys can be a little expensive too!

Their main concern seems to be drive thru...orders aren't checked for accuracy nor received quickly as drive thru orders!
