the chicken finger plate is the bomb

Usually a speedy trip. Not sure what went wrong but I'll be back to give them another try.

We returned to this particular zaxbys to redeem a coupon from a previous, not so great, experience. this time was much better. our food was hot and fresh. the tea tasted fine, but midway through our meal, the drink machine had to restart and many customers had to wait for refills. I also noticed that several syrups were out. other than that, we had a satisfactory experience at zaxbys yesterday.

need faster service

I rarely eat in at Zaxbys, but did today. I appreciate the Christian music they were playing, the place was clean, and everything about the experience was positive.

Yummy Caesar salad.

My husband and I discovered small, white flecks all over the lettuce that resembled mold. they had the consistency and texture of cheese, but we weren't sure. the manager assured us it was blue cheese crumbles. regardless, I am pregnant and blue cheese can have detrimental health effects on a fetus. our sandwiches were replaced and we were given a voucher for 2 meals later, but I was not confident eating there afteward. our experience could have been better.

They got my order wrong but were friendly.
