Due to the holidays drive thru was packed but Lindsey the store manager did an amazing job on speed of service and friendliness also!

Messed up order forgot Siracha sauce on burger

Really upset with todays visit... We ordered 2 jumbo jacks with extra lettuce pickle and onion plus mustard easy mayo. The guy ringing them up got them wrong so we told him and he fixed it but we couldn't see that on the screen outside. He assured us that it was correct so we said okay. He then give us a total but when we get to the window the total was more. We ordered a total of 4 burgers. Needless to say the burgers although rung up right were made totally wrong. I was already home before I discovered it and tried calling with no luck of anyone answering the phone. I seem to never get my special burgers made right unless Lindsey or Will make them. I think I might just start driving the extra 5 mins to Burger King cause at least there I get my burgers made the correct way every time especially since I have been ratting my burgers this way at this jack in the box for over 9 years now... I am fed up with all the mistakes and the way I pay for food that I don't even eat cause it's not what I asked for and it's a hassle just to get it remade or my money back when I return the incorrect food!
