The employee who waited on me was very pleasant. I didn't have to ask him for anything such as napkins, etc. I did notice that the floor looked like it needed cleaning which made me wonder about the grills and utensils:(

We were able to order exactly what we wanted and they were friendly and helpful to us even tough they were supper busy.

Your buns are small now and I don't like it. My jumbo jack looked smaller than the jr jumbo jack.

Something was going on at jack in the box. It took about 15 minutes to get my order. Maybe even a half hour! But the staff was very nice, very considerate, they kept checking on me at the window as well. Other than waiting for the food everything was great!
