the guy that assisted us was awesome. he got all of our difficult order correct. we were so happy. one of our best experiences. he was seriously the best person.

Took a while for the order and the kid at the window was pretty grumpy but not rude. Food was good and luckily the kids really enjoyed it. I'm glad they don't include a kids' toy.

This particular Jack in the box wasn't very fast at getting the order out the window to us but they were quick and friendly on the box. And when we got to the window it was like all the friendly employees left and all the grumpy ones came in.
