Great food and in town

I chose this location based on convenience. The food is typically good and service is quick. However, I've seen an employee named Lisa (morning shift) use her hands to help ice into the cup on NUMEROUS occasions. Super gross considering she handles money too. After seeing this happen numerous times I quit coming to this location.

Our breakfast sandwiches were burned and the hashbrowns were mostly raw. It was disgusting. I also sat in line for about 20" waiting on my food. If I'm going to wait that long I at least expect my food to be cooked properly.

It was the slowest in organized Jack In the Box I have ever been to. I doubt I will go back to that one.
