Usually VCA doe saga gastric job on our dog. Very displeased with the area around her eyes. They indicated she was resistant to being clipped around her eyes. She always is. If you work with her she will allow the groomer to clip around the eyes. I believe they have another groomer Thani have seen before. I think she just needs to be more willing to make the dog comfortable and not be in a hurry.

We have taken our dog to VCA every four weeks for more than a year. They changed groomers about three months ago and the grooms have been really bad. The new groomer says our pet won't let her trim around her face, yet the previous groomer never had a problem. Unfortunately, we will have to find a new groomer if this problem persists. Good groomers understand they have to control the animal not let the animal control them.
