I like the Jack in the Box in Van Nuys.

Chipotle Chicken Sandwich is much better grilled.

New Siracha Burger not as good as it looks.

We waited about 10 mins to get service. Employees kept looking at us but no one came to take our order. When we ordered, the lady repeated our order an still got it wrong. Had to send my daughter to get the correct order, then the lady pretty much threw the cheese burger at my daughter. Horrible, will never go there again and I'll tell all my friends as well

Key word is chicken. Twice I have had two different fried chicken sandwiches and both times thought it was no good. The quality should be much higher. They need more grilled chicken sandwiches. They have awesome grilled chicken.
