Slowest service I've had in awhile! Counter employee stepped out to bring a meal to a customer his meal in his car. As several of us waited to be served by her, she decided it was time to have a cigarette with another employee already outside! She then returned to work 5. Or minutes later without washing her hands! Sad??

I actually visited 2 locations today. The first one I went to told they did not have any iced coffee made yet for the day. It was almost lunchtime I would have thought they had already made it. The second one I went to I was searching for mozzarella sticks, I had found out then at that time that they had been recently taken off the menu. I was kind of sad about this. I had actually really wanted cheese sticks and not a lot of fast food restaurants sell good ones. Sad that they were no longer an item, I got a bacon ranch monster taco which was just okay. I also got a mocha iced coffee and the menu said regular or large size but it should say a small or large because the regular is only 12 ounces. Saddened by the "regular" size, I purchased a large instead which ended up being almost the same amount of coffee just filled with ice. The taste of the coffee was great, but nothing else about my experience really was. Jack in the box has always been my favorite fast food restaurant for many reasons, now I'm not sure I will be returning.
