worker didn't seem to want to extend arm out of drive thru window far enough to give me the food..ridiculous

Cashier was not attentive. We ordered 4 Oreo shakes and they all tasted like vanilla shakes, barely any Oreo and when we went to give feedback the manager said that the lady doesn't know how to make them
