We used Killeen Enterprise because the vehicle at Temple Enterprise had a nail in the tire—of which the employees were unaware; my husband discovered it before leaving. The replacement vehicle at Killeen Enterprise had a defective tire that caused poor driving conditions. My husband had to take time to have it inspected and was told by Enterprise that AAA would be sent to check out the vehicle. AAA never showed up. Overall, I am highly disappointed with the quality of service and vehicles rendered by Enterprise, though the employees were friendly. We will not patronize Enterprise again or recommend it to others.

We had a confirmed reservation and when we got their it was not available. They had a recall on vehicles. I was not happy at all.
