The food was cold. I was in the drive thru for 5 minutes before ordering another 15 afterwards.

Ordered quickly but had a long wait for food to be made ( a common problem at Jack.) after waiting for the fries to cook we got our order. The fries and nuggets were good, however the burger was overlooked. Additionally the condiments were sparing and consolidated in the middle of the sandwich. Was disappointed by the burger in the end.

This Jack in a box is in a great location for me but my last four visits my French fries have been cold and over cooked....the drive thru and counter service take forever!!!! I have gone thru the drive thru and was missing my burger to my burger on more than one occasion....I ordered the buttery jack and Swiss burger and it had a sesame seed bun.......My husband and I prefer jack in a box but with the service and quality we are looking to find another regular restaurant!!! Not happy!!!!
