Yes, it's very late night and maybe you've been dealing with several hours if drunken idiots but that doesn't mean we are and that we deserve to be treated so disrespectfully. Slow, surly service. Just awful!

Customer service was a bit bad, the guy taking my order didn't even ask me if I needed any thing else for my order. not even condiments.

I went there to review a new food item on their menu. I'm really not a big Jack in the Box fan. Just never have really enjoyed their food.it was late and I went through the drive through window so the customer service was fine and we did not have a long wait. I just didn't much care for the food. The item that I ordered was not at all attractive to look at nor did it taste very good.

Food wasn't fresh tasting, burgers were overdone, associate was very unfriendly.
