nothing spectacular about the visit but nothing wrong either. odd drive thru layout though

The staff seemed extremely unorganized & unknowledgeable. They weren't on the same page. They hardly even said a word to us & when they did, it was to tell us to wait even longer & drive to the other side. I could see they didn't have the other customers orders together either. And when we did finally get our food, it wasn't even fresh...in fact it was cold. Hopefully it was because it was sitting & not because it was undercooked. Overall the worst experience at Jack In The Box. Most of the others ones are better.
