No smiling places, the place is not clean on the outside. Needs to be remodeled and cleaned up

When making the teas don't make them so sweet, the person can't drink it. My tea and too many pumps of syrup. I had to end up throwing it away

I will never go to the Jack in the Box on Bellaire at Rio Bonito St. again! !!! Awful Awful service. I waited in a drive thru line for a medium fries for 25 minutes.

Every time I visit that location I never have a good visit. The staff is impatient rude and not friendly at all. The outside needs cleaning , it's very nasty. Not a good crew at all won't go back again
