Only place open late

Had a bad experience not too long ago where they messed up our order horribly. This time around we had coupons for two free meals to make up for the bad experience prior. We walked in went straight to the counter and everyone just stood there and looked at us as if they were scared to help. Point being this location sucks and the manager sucks horribly! Customer service went down the drain from before! Also the food is pretty bad fries had super hard and old left over onion rings in our curly fry batch so hard it could break teeth if bitten in to. Be cautious of this location there's several homeless people hanging out in the lobby too makes you scared to even set your purse down as they are all glaring at you. Not a good experience part two!
