Friendly Service Reasonably fast service (for a Jack in the Box) Convenient Location Not overly busy Food was a bit greasy, which is common for Jack in the Box Their water needs to be filtered (or filtered better.) I used to argue w/ my girlfriend about the taste of drinks at various restaurants. She said McDonalds was better than others, & that some others were worse. I said their was no difference. I finally realized not only was she right, but the main reason has to do w/ the quality/taste of the water they use in their sodas. Jack in the box needs to filter their water. It was simply undrinkable.

The person who helped me was obviously new so I was patient and wasn't rushing him. My problem was that no one was helping him when he obviously needed it. Their was like three team leaders and finally someone stepped in to help him. Also my egg roll was burned and my iced coffee was not good.
