friendliness and food were good but they can work on their drive thru waiting time...Our took about 20min.

person at the drive thru counter was not friendly at all. It took a long time for my order to be given to me, and the host made a very ugly face at me when I asked her for ketchup. If Jack in the box strives for customer satisfaction, it's not working!
