the food at jack in box is always excellent but the customer service had a downfall :/ i was the one who said to the lady hello at the register i dont know maybe she was having a bad day but i think with every guest you greet with a smile and the AC was on blast in the dinning area we ate our meals and left real fast :(

the food was somewhat cold

I go to this jack n the box at least once a week they are usually very fast this time they had a new person at the drive thru and she was understandably slow but looked very stressed it took a long time just to order because the line was so long and when I got to the window my order still wasn't ready and they gave me the food but forgot my drink. I had to asked twice for my drink. Also the person that fills the ice didn't do their job because I had to wait for them to bring ice :( disappointing visit

I ordered through the drive-thru and confirmed my order as displayed on the order menu board. Two cars ahead of me. When I got to the window the cashier asked me what I ordered. I told her what I ordered, which was a large dr. Pepper. She says, oh, that's your order? She then took an order from her headset from a driver and then asked for my money. I gave her my Money and she gave me my change. Then she asked me again, what did you order? It was very disappointing. I'm assuming this was her first time at the drive thru window. Because I felt like she didn't care about me and was just going through the motions unconsciously.
