Great but we waiting in the drive through for almost an hour.

The line is always long. We need an in n out in Santa Barbara.

Busy place, in fact very busy. They still got our special order right and the place was clean. Love this place.

They used to put more lettuce on the burgers so now I have to order extra to get the right amount. My sister says she hardly got a leaf the last time she went. I don't know why they are changing the amount but I think it needs to go back to how it used to be!

I love in n out but we need another one in Santa Barbara area! The Goleta location is the nearest and it is often packed full where the cars are spilling out into the street and there is chaos and road rage in multiple areas of the parking lot.
