I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 4:00 pm. When I arrived the showroom was filled with people. I walked up to the counter and waited. The salesperson eventually advised he would be with me asap, but then said "No", there were others people ahead of me. (He pointed to some people in the middle of the room) However, these people spoke up and stated they had been waited on. The salesperson then said someone else would take care of me. He then left the counter area. Eventually, another salesperson was available and assisted me. He was professional and polite. The tech who worked on my car was very professional and thorough in explaining everything to me. Overall, the service was very good.
