We went to the Jack in the Box in Palo Alto near University and it was a horrible experience. 1st, we waited 5-10 minutes for any of the employees to acknowledge our existence. They were obviously worried about the Drive-thru rather then the customers inside. 2nd, the person taking the order wasn't rude butttt it was easy to tell that she was annoyed with us being there. 3rd, there was no soda we had to take coke cans or iced tea cans, that was a bit annoying. 4th, it took so long for us to get our food. It was super irritating and I will not be going to that particular Jack in the Box again.
