I could barely understand the person taking my order and I'm pretty sure she wasn't listening to a word I said. I spelled out my order as a number 9 with curly fries and a medium iced tea and she still asked me what size, what drink, and curly or regular fries. Then they had my order wrong when I got to the window. They switched out my fries but my fries were luke warm like they had been sitting out. I've had positive experiences at other locations so I just won't return to this one. The best thing about Jack is how fresh and hot the food is (normally)
