Drive through takes way too long. I have never had a quick drive through experience at an IN & out burger. Burgers are amazing! Fries are awful

Fries were too salty. I was given extra salt and no ketchup.

The register wasn't working well so they made us wait at the window for awhile and repeat our order three times. We told them we weren't eating in the car but they still gave us the food in a box and we had to ask again for it to be in a bag. Food was very yummy though!
