While I was there I saw a high school student drop his food on the ground and the staff gave thim a replacement now it was pretty impressive for me and my staff to see that and we were happy that we went to in and out

Can't seem to understand or make a burger well done.

Good burgers. Beware employees have a problem making burgers "well done" as I always order mine well and they will give it to me pink and undercooked about 60% of the time.
