I can almost always get questions answered at Petco. The staff is pretty knowledgable and friendly, but why wouldn't they be getting to see all the pets!

I had to wait around for a staff member to help. I went up to the front to have someone paged and it took about 10-15 minutes for someone to actually help me. Kind of a frustrating experience.

It is cheaper to order online at petco.com than to purchase in store. They don't price match with online prices. So I'll shop online.
