The check out staff is very nice. Who's they had a bigger variety of fresh water fish instead of the same ones ever week.

On this visit I was looking to buy a dog tag. They did not have very many options, and the ones they had were lame.

Wanted an XL padded dog collar with a buckle and grommets. The only XL collars were snap buckles.

Too expensive

I stopped at Petco because I had been saving for awhile in order to purchase a seat cover. I used a gift card and 3 online e-gift cards that I earned participating in the Petco panel. There was a 20% off sale I was told would apply at checkout. It didn't and I talked to the manager who was not only unhelpful but rude. I ended up calling the corporate number to complain. Very disappointing, took 30-45 minutes of my time to resolve. The lady on the phone at corporate was great though, and made it right.
