My puppy will love her treats

Not happy with the person in the fish section who also does the cricket. We couldn't get his attention, and ended up going elsewhere for crickets. Didn't really see anyone else working the floor in other departments, though we didn't need help. But if we did it didn't seem to be available. We were very happy with the new selection of toys, especially the 'maze toys' and costumes. The checkout girl was excellent.

The vet was very friendly.

The girl helping us was amazing, knew where everything was and not only got what we needed in her department but got what we needed across the store and brought it to us (I'm in a wheelchair). The check out lady recognized me from a previous visit when I was in after taking my pet skunk to the vet and asked after her, and was quite distressed to learn my beloved baby had died. She was very consoling to me, as I was upset telling her. Very nice staff this visit!

The lady at the checkout was extremely friendly and very sweet and kind. BUT, the woman In the fish section was rude, cranky and not pleasant at all. She did her job but was not at all I would go back to. She certainly did not encourage us to purchase more and in fact we wanted 100 super worms and left with only 50. Very dissatisfied with her. Very unlikely to return to this store. It has been going down hill in the last 2 years or so.

The place smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It made me and my family ill. We could barely get through to see if they had the medicine we needed, but most shelves were not completely stocked or in great disarray. Picked up one item we needed, but didn't shop around like we planned. Very unhappy. This used to be put to-go pet place.
