Steak 'n Shake

After waiting seven or eight minutes in the drive thru line and no one ever took the order of the person at the speaker who was 2 cars in front of us, we left the line and went to another restaurant to eat.

There was terrible service I was surprised that we even got our milk shakes because it took forever and the waitress was rude I won't be returning go stake and shake anytime soon

Waitress gave us r food and checked once but never returned. I tried several times to flag her down to get a refill and a box and shakes to go but wasn't able to. Finally went to the counter to take care of everything.

The service stunk, the order was all wrong, nothing had any condiments in it. I was terribly dissatisfied!

This was my worst experience at Steak 'n Shake by a long shot. After sitting at the drive through waiting to order for roughly ten minutes maybe slightly longer, the guy finally came back to the mic for the forth or so time apologizing about the wait and kept saying it will be just a few more minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes and not even placing any order yet we finally decided to just leave. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Steak 'n Shake restaurant let alone any fast food place for the matter. Highly disappointed with this recent visit.
