Very slow and grease burgers

Milkshake was not thick and mixed up. Not like it usually is. Ice tea had almost no ice. Bad experience, usually it's fabulous and the grilled cheese with pickles is the best

The person attending drive thru was either new or just didn't know how to do the job. I was straight to the point when I ordered a number 2 which one would assume it comes with the fries and drink yet I was asked if I wanted just the sandwich along with several quiet pauses.... There was one other car in front of me when I pulled around to pay. I'm pretty sure they were sitting there for awhile. They moved up to wait for their food and I waited about ten minutes for mine.awful service. Will not be going back. The food was nothing special. The fries tasted funny like someone had put too much pepper on them.

The food was good. We ordered milkshakes to go at the checkout. It took 20 minutes for three shakes! Ridiculous!

Takes forever to get 2 shakes. Greater than 15 min to order and wait for shakes

We had waiter/waitress problems. We had to ask for silverware. We had to ask for ketchup. We had to ask for a refill. They screwed up my wife's burger. We were told that our waitress had had to leave because she was participating in a conference call with the boss, so we had to flag down other workers. It seems odd to remove a waitress from a table she was serving, particularly on a Saturday afternoon at noon. Even though there were empty tables, there was a long line of customers waiting to be seated. What a peculiar time for the manager to schedule a meeting.

Waited entirely too long at drive through. Did you have to kill the cow or something??!! Also was charged wrong for meal. Cashier didn't even notice until I said something about it. (Meal was advertised as $5.99...I was charged $7.19. What kind of math is that??!! How many other people did you rip off who didn't notice that?!)

Food portions are very small. Had to wait a long time for a take out item

they were closed and there was many employees but doors were locked stating they were closed till 8am. many ppl were coming to the door and walking back to their vehicles. personally if ur establishment is closing for any reason, especially a 24hr place, they should notify the public a little better. poor way to run a business. prior experiences there have been very very slow and non attentive. hope they figure it out.

Horrible!! Never plan on returning!!
