Love the products here, but we got treats 3 bags of treats because they were buy 2 get 1 free. When we were getting rung up, the person with me asked if one of them was free and the cashier replied "huh? Oh yea" and finished ringing us through. When he looked at the receipt, we were rung for all three. The cashier was very friendly, but as she refunded us she said "oh we are only supposed to give the sale price if it's asked for, because it technically doesn't start until tomorrow". I work in food service, so I get that....but he specifically asked her about the discount and she said yes. It really ended up being a 15 minute process over something that could have taken her two seconds had she been listening.

My sister wanted to look at hermit crabs right before they closed so I drove and made it there on time. As we were looking at the hermit crabs an employee came over and rudely asked us if we needed anything because they were closing in three minutes. We said no thank you and we would be out soon. She rolled her eyes and walked away.
