I was disappointed that they messed up on my order so much, but they quickly corrected it

Some lady took a long time to order what seemed like 5 of everything off the menu. Someone behind me didn't even want to wait. Then it took a little while to get the food and when I got to the window the person never even apologized for the long wait. No free cookie or anything either. Another person who ordered behind even left because it was taking too long.
