I regularly visit this White Castle location since it is so close to my home. The employee that took my order and dealt with me at the window must've been new because she took a while to get my order correct and she only gave me one ranch sauce for an order of 9 chicken rings.

I was EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the young lady working the drive thru window. I placed an order for (2) double cheeseburgers with extra pickles, I informed her I had a coupon for .99 each. Her response was that's not good until January. WRONG ANSWER she never saw the coupon. I told her no. I proceeded to the window and she says I need to to coupon. I gave her the coupon and $20.00. I received my order and change. I got home my sliders were soggy and just in the box wrong. This was my first time at this location . I WILL NOT EVER SHOP THIS LOCATION AGAIN. This is not the customer service I've become accustomed .
