i saw the white castle near Wrigley field after the AC/DC concert do pulled in only 1 car ahead of me. service was so slow. 1st a lady took my money she was rude. Then after a good 8 minutes or more finally my food came the guy just hands me by bags of food no thanks nothing n walks away without giving us our sodas. I had to knock on the window he then made the sodas n handed them to me no ty nothing. Very very rude and slow employees I will never stop at that location again.

The staff was super rude and not friendly at all, at the drive up window they barely even said a word. The food made my roommate and I sick after eating it. We are new to Chicago and have always heard about White Castle and wanted to give it a try but after this experience, I do not think we would ever return.
