This was first experience and nice

Every time I go into a PetCo I have a difficult time finding an associate on the floor to help me find what I am looking for or answer my questions. I always have to go hunt for help or ask the cashier for assistance which is a challenge because the cashier needs to stay at the cash register.

Great customer service girl just didn't know what she was doing needs to be trained a little more

Great parking lot and location. Huge selection

My only complaint is that I registered for the rewards program months ago and my phone number is not the system.

I wish they had more coupon offers.

Convenient location with a wide selection of merchandise

Great products but they didn't have paper based cat litter that I was looking for !
