When we went through the drive thru, it took way too long for us to get our food. It even took a long time for him to get our order right on the screen. When we checked our food, it wasn't made how I asked for it so I went inside to get a new burger and that took another 10 minutes. The boys in the back all seemed extremely lazy and didn't care about their job. I have no clue where the manager was because they were definitely not doing their job. This Hardee's needs to figure out what they're doing or else they are going to have a lot of people angry with them.
