I have never had to pawn anything before and I was a little nervous. I have seen all those pawn shows on TV and I was worried I was going to taken advantage of and not get what my stuff was worth. Casey and Brenda answered ALL(and I had a lot) of my questions with patience. They were friendly and personable and made my first experience with pawning very comfortable. You guys are awesome!! Steven is always professional and upfront about the merchandise im looking to purchase and is always willing do do what he can to work with my budget and my sons allowence. Selection is always good. Great service!

There is always something new and the prices are good, customer service is fantastic, this is something my boys enjoy because they love the fact they can take there allowance and purchase new games, " we love Cash America" keep up the good work.

Steven is the best cash America employee in mount vernon Washington he is very helpful in our purchases and I would recommend him to all my friends and family to go see him if you are looking good deals on electronics, rings, movies, instruments or tools. He is a great employee. I would not go see anyone else with help to find something. Except for manager Joan but that's besides the point.
