I visited them because I had a coupon. The staff there is friendly but never came up to me and asked if I needed help. I was planning on using a 20% off coupon that I got through an email but I didn't realize it was 2 days expired so instead my wife and I went to pet smart. We had a much better experience there and the staff was very friendly they were telling us about their promotions and we had conversations about dogs with multiple associates. We ended up spending $135 at pet smart instead.
